Pride 365, not just in June.
Each June 1 (and weeks before), we are inundated with emails, posts and ads celebrating Pride, complete with "inspiring" messages of community and inclusion. These are absolutely the core values of the original Queer Liberation protest, but I don't often see these words put to everyday use, and especially outside of June. The original point of Pride was INCLUSION. Pride in who we are - of course - but pride in how we build and NURTURE our community. Let's practice this all year, and not just in words, in our lives. This collection lives in my shop all year long, 365 24/7.
