When WHO (World Health Organization) ended the emergency phase of the pandemic, it was widely misinterpreted as the pandemic being "over". This was also thanks to Joe Biden declaring the pandemic as over in 2022 regardless of overwhelming evidence to the contrary (which in itself was a result of Delta CEO asking him to shorten COVID isolation times due to poor travel numbers). The misinformation has cemented itself into society, but make no mistake: The pandemic is still very much here, and even in "lulls" we're still at 200k new cases A DAY, and many many cases often turn into Long Covid, which has no official treatment or cure. Covid Conscious folks have been screaming this from the rooftops for 6 years now, and we need more people to listen.
